That final question to ask 👀

Hello, Tech Pod! 🐋
Ever stress about the questions to ask in interviews?
We’ve got an almost fool-proof way to make sure you’re saying the right stuff and getting your point across at the same time.
We can’t always change the system of interviewing, but we can change the way we approach it. Figuring out how to stand out in a Bear economy can be a scary thought, but the only way to grab the reins is to prove our worth. 🧠
💭 Here’s a thoughtful way to approach your next interview, via our CEO:
The questions you ask at the end of an interview can make an impact, and sometimes, you have to take a more thoughtful approach. Here’s how –
If you want to ask, “Is there anything you’re hesitant about when it comes to my qualifications or approach?”
Try reframing the question – in reality, you’re asking for an opportunity to clarify yourself after the fact, and clarity is key when it comes to the qualifications you want to exhibit.
Instead, ask, “Is there anything I can clarify and expand on in regard to my experience and skillset?”
This way, you’re showing your willingness to share and enthusiasm for elaboration.
And, while we’re on the topic…
